The Biota Dose Assessment Committee held its first Annual Topical Committee Meeting on August 18-20, 1999 in Washington, D.C. The focus for the 1999 Annual Meeting was: "Requirements and Guidance for Evaluating Radiation Doses to Biota". 	Paper on Biota Dose Assessment Environmental Parameters Database (BDAD) (9/16/99) • Paper included in BDAC Meeting Notebook which describes the Environmental Parameters Database (i.e., BDAD) which is available to support environmental parameter selection for use in our DOE graded approach as well as other dose evaluation models. Overview of software platform, features and capabilities, and database structure is provided. This paper complements the on-line demo of the database which Fred Baes (ORNL) presented at the meeting.
