Area Students
Participate in Annual Archeology Camps on the SRS

Local area students participate in annual archeology camps at the Savannah River Site in South Carolina as part of outreach and education programs on cultural resources sponsored by DOE.

Disseminating information on archeological findings as well as preserving our national heritage are important goals of the Archeological Resources Protection Act and the National Historic Preservation Act.
