Center Chiller Program - This Web site provides information on the DOE and GSA joint effort
to form a Basic Ordering Agreement that will simplify procurement of chillers for cooling
applications by Federal agencies. This first-of-a-kind, cost-saving procurement vehicle for
acquiring major industrial equipment is a cooperative approach that advances energy efficiency
and stratospheric ozone layer protection consistent with procurement streamlining goals called
for in law and Executive Orders.
