Eckerman's DFINT, DFEXT, and CHAINS Codes Installation Instructions

To download and install the codes, follow the procedure outlined below.

  1. Create a subdirectory DFACT on the hard drive.
  2. Modify browser preferences to download .exe files to the DFACT subdirectory.
  3. Download the file by clicking here.
  4. Change to DFACT subdirectory on your PC.
  5. Run DFACT to extract DFINT, DFEXT, and CHAINS: enter DFACT
  6. Delete DFACT.EXE by entering DEL DFACT.EXE.
The codes are now installed. Enter DFINT, DFEXT, CHAINS and respond to the initial setup questions, if asked.
